Payments
Forms of payment include cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Bahamas Suncard. You may also make your payment directly to Buttons bank account. A minimal security deposit is required on all rental items if you are not using a major credit card.
Pick-up & Delivery
Purchased clothing and accessories are ready for pick-up based on the time special orders were made. All rental items are ready 24 to 48 hours before the date of your event. If you are a member of a wedding party or other group, one person may be designated to make the pick-up.
Contact Buttons regarding delivery or shipment of your items to your destination. To avoid any late return charges, all rental items must be returned the NEXT business day after use.
It is advisable to make your selection and payment twelve (12) weeks in advance or as soon as possible to guarantee delivery of your purchase before the event date. Rush orders are available. Delivery of special orders can range from two to twelve (12) weeks. Buttons will be happy to make special arrangements on your behalf, if required.
